When I sat down to write this review, I could not decide the direction I wanted to go with it. I debated mentioning the great outdoor workout setup complete with squat rack and benches, the high-quality equipment throughout, the clean changing rooms and bathrooms, etc. But what I’ll emphasize most is the community— such an elite, positive group of folks in this gym. Maybe the real pump was the friends we made along the way.

Hands down the best gym in town! Smaller space that’s not overwhelming and the best owners & staff in town. If you need a gym with good, positive vibes— this is the one!

I’ve been with Sculpt since the original location, and the glow-up is real! The new space is spotless, the equipment is top-tier, and the decor makes it feel like a luxury workout lounge. Perfect location, great vibes, and always super clean. The best gym and always a vibe ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Easily the best gym in Birmingham and open 24/7. Good selection of equipment maintained well and kept clean. Staff and owners are friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym in the city

Sculpt BHAM is hands-down the best gym in Birmingham. I’m here every single day, and the atmosphere never gets old. The aesthetic is unmatched — clean, modern, and built for people who take their fitness seriously. Matt and Destin have created something special. Their passion shows in every detail of this place, from the layout to the equipment to the overall vibe. They’re not just incredible owners, they’re great people who genuinely care about their members and the community. If you’re looking for a gym that pushes you, motivates you, and makes you actually want to show up every day, Sculpt BHAM is it. Easily a 5-star experience.

This gym honestly surprised me in the best way. It has a cozy, well-organized layout that makes working out feel less chaotic and more intentional. The energy here is calm but motivating, and everyone seems to respect each other’s space, which I really appreciate. The staff actually pays attention—if a machine needs cleaning or a weight is out of place, someone handles it right away. What stood out most was how approachable the trainers are. Instead of hovering or trying to sell sessions, they check in with a quick tip or a friendly “How’s it going?” that feels genuine, not pushy. Even during peak hours, it never feels intimidating. I left my first workout feeling confident and welcomed, which isn’t something I say about many gyms. This place really has its own charm, and it’s easy to see why people keep coming back.

I LOVE Sculpt! Having a 24/7 gym is game changing. I’ve been there at 5pm and 2am and always had a great (and safe) experience. There’s tons of equipment, music is always 10/10, & vibes are immaculate. Highly recommend if you’re in Bham looking for a new gym to call home - best purchase I made in 2025.

Love this gym. The staff is kind and they’re continually adding to and upgrading the equipment. Excited for the saunas they’re bringing in as well. Have worked directly with one of the owners as my trainer and have nothing but good things to say. Will always support a local, family owned business over a corporate company.

I love working out here!! The staff & owners are so kind & go all out with decor for holidays. It has all of the equipment I need & more, w/ the bathrooms also stocked with extra hair ties and deodorant and feminine products! On top of that it is a 24/7 gym which is extremely convenient for my schedule. I’ll never go to another gym in the Birmingham area!! 6 stars
